Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Laser Chess Federation.
Scope of License
Laser Chess Federation grants to you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use the Licensed Application on any Apple Device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.
User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Laser Chess Federation, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall Laser Chess Federation’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed $50.00.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
